30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags when applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at theviralvaulthelp@gmail.com. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions explaining where and how to return your item.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for a seller-paid return. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods where hygiene or safety prevents resale, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Some products may have additional return restrictions for health, hygiene, safety, or supplier requirements. Any product-specific restrictions will be disclosed on the product page when applicable.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law. The item must generally be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags where applicable, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Certain exceptions may apply under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after your returned item has been received and reviewed and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit-card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
